Tuition and Fees

There is a $100.00 security fee per family and a $100.00 administration fee per student if registered by August 1st. After August 1st, the administration fee is $150 per student.  Administration and security payments are due when the completed registration form is submitted. This fee is non-refundable.

An additional 3.2% charge will apply to all credit card payments to cover the cost of our credit card processing fees.

Supply Fees: Supply fees are listed at the end of each class description and due at the time of registration. Supply fee checks may be post dated May 1st. Payment of these fees is made to each individual teacher. These fees are non-refundable.

Required Text Fees: Text fees are due at the time of registration, unless they are to be purchased by the parent. The text information is listed in the Course Catalog. These fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Fees: Elementary $37.00 per hour, per month. (example: 1hr. class $37.00, 2 hr. class $74.00 per month); most Jr. High classes are $40.00 per hour, per month and most High School $42.00 per hour, per month. Check the Course Catalog for prices on individual classes. Study Hall fees are listed in the Course Catalog pages. Tuition: Tuition is paid one month in advance, and is due by the 1st of each month with a 7-day grace period. Tuition must be postmarked by the 7th to insure that you not be charged late fees. Tuition Late Fees: If tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month, a $50 late payment fee will be assessed. 

Class Changes & Fees: Must be made in writing to the administrator. There is a $25.00 fee per class change, and it will be strictly adhered to. This does not apply to classes dropped or changed by Science, Etc.

Late Pick-up Fees: Students must be picked up by 3:40pm, or a $20 late pick-up fee will be charged and paid directly to security.

Drop Policy Fees: Due to the adverse effect of dropouts on school financing and planning a Drop Policy Fee is necessary. If you drop any or all classes in the month of Oct. & Nov. your drop fees will be 30% of the remaining school years tuition, Dec. & Jan. 60%, and February – April will necessitate paying 100% of the remaining school years tuition. On the back of the registration sheet you will be asked to sign that you understand & agree to this Drop Policy Fee.
