Tuition & Fees

2025-2026 TUITION, FEES AND ENROLLMENT FORMS!
2025-26 Tuition and Fees:
•    $175.00 registration fee per student ($50 discount for each returning student)
            o    $250 from July 1 (registration after this date requires more administrative work and shuffling of schedules)
•    $175.00 security fee per family
•    $100 facility fee per family

Registration, security and facility payments are due when the completed registration form is submitted. These fees are non-refundable.

Supply Fees: Supply fees are listed at the end of each class description and due at the time of registration. Payment of these fees are made payable to each individual teacher. It is helpful to bring individual checks or money orders to pay these supply fees. These fees are non-refundable.

Required Text Fees: Text fees are due at the time of registration, unless they are to be purchased by the parent. The text information is listed in the Course Catalog. These fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Fees: Course fees are listed monthly. Check the Course Catalog for prices on individual classes. Study Hall fees are listed in the Course Catalog pages.

Once your ParentsWeb account is set up upon registration, click on the Family Home page > Go to FACTS to set up a payment plan that works best for your family. Depending on the payment plan that is chosen, there is a one-time, non-refundable charge by FACTS.
Tuition: This is a nine-month (one school year) commitment.  The first tuition payment is due in August. You will be contacted by FACTS Tuition Management after your registration is complete. If you already have a ParentsWeb account, click on FACTS button from the Family Home Page to pay tuition. ALL tuition payments must go through FACTS Tuition Management. Your account must be up to date for your student to attend class.  All tuition is non-refundable.

Tuition Late Fees: If tuition is 15 or more days late, a $50 late payment fee will be assessed each month.

Class Changes & Fees: Must be made in writing to the administrator. There is a $25.00 fee per class change after September 12th, and it will be strictly adhered to. This does not apply to classes dropped or changed by Science, Etc.

Late Pick-up Fees: Students must be picked up by 3:40pm, or a $25 late pick-up fee will be charged and paid directly to security.

Drop Policy Fees: Due to the adverse effect of dropouts on school and teacher finance and planning, a Drop Policy Fee is necessary. If you drop any or all classes after September 12, 2025, you will be responsible for 100% of the remaining school year's tuition. In the enrollment forms, you will be asked to sign that you understand & agree to this Drop Policy Fee.
