Carol Hofford

Carol Hofford graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Life Science. She went on to do mission work in East Asia, teaching English and sharing Jesus Christ. She continued her education at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and Union University and graduated with master's degrees in Theology and Intercultural Studies. After moving to the DFW area, she worked for a local SAT/ACT prep company teaching and tutoring in math and science.

Mrs. Hofford and her husband, Josh, married in 2002 and have 3 teenagers. She has homeschooled for 9 years and has enjoyed learning and growing alongside her children. Her goal is to inspire the love of learning and to make academic subjects accessible and relatable to everyday life. She is a worship leader at Hope Church in Fort Worth. She loves to sing and play the guitar and delights in encouraging people through the hope offered in the gospel.
