Kimberly Peck has had a love for children, teaching, and science for as long as she can remember.  As a child, she either played “nurse” or “teacher” and grew up to follow in her grandmother and mother’s footsteps to become a nurse.  She received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Amarillo College in 1997 and began a long career in pediatric nursing, which led her to move to Fort Worth in 2001.

Mrs. Peck has worked with and taught children and teens of all ages throughout the years in children and teen ministry.

She married Craig in 2009, and God led them to begin the adventure of homeschooling their two daughters. The Pecks joined the Science, Etc. family in 2021 with their daughters taking Elementary Science classes.  They had so much fun and didn’t know that they were learning, which is the kind of classroom that Mrs. Peck hopes to lead.

It is her desire to connect with students, giving them a love of learning, a love of God’s Creation, and a ton of fun with hands-on experiments.
